Crossings Phase II is part of the multi-phase commercial retail, office and hospitality development known as the Market at Crossings in west Lethbridge. To date, a MacDonald's restaurant has been constructed as the initial second phase expansion of commercial offerings along Whoop-Up Drive at Crossings. One One Ten has been assisting Royop Developments of Calgary since the initial phase in 2016.
One One Ten is also engaged in a new High Street development (planned by an independent local developer) as well as Royop's own 'high street' extension northward for additional commercial development extending the street to a public "square-a-bout" and green space at central Britannia Boulevard across from the West Lethbridge Public Library and adjacent high schools.
Planning in the second phase continues to include a strong pedestrian emphasis with walkable connections to the nearby residential communities of Crossings and Copperwood as well as nearby links to public parks and facilities including the new YMCA recreational facility and twin ice arena.
For more information on this development, refer to the Phase II Brochure.
