To date we provided our unique 'Discovery' consultation service for special Edmonton-based clients who fell in love with their new property along the Waterton Front range.
"Spencer is fantastic. We are still early on in our process, but he has spent a tonne of time getting to know us, our values, our future plans, and what experience we want when we someday walk into our dream home. One One Ten has a clear process that was able to get input from both of us, in different forms (i.e., calls, written, 3D exercise, etc.). They also clearly understand what it's like to live and play in the area."
The property to be carefully settled is a rectangular four acre lot in Heaven on Earth Estates with dramatic south-west views into the Waterton valley and on the backsloped north flank of the property to the Waterton (Kootenay) River. The subdivision is located near the east Waterton Interntational Peace Park boundary south of a growing conservancy land area of ranchers along the Waterton Front.
We look forward to designing a special, site specific and sensitive dwelling and generational retreat for this family at the foot of the southern Alberta Rockies.
