Our team collaborated with a private client to redevelop an existing single storey home along the green strip of Lion's Park in south Lethbridge. The project introduces a second floor addition to expand living space program for a young family as well as removing the existing carport to provide an integrated enclosed garage area and working through a complete main floor interior, exterior and site renovation. The basement areas are phased for a future renovation as family needs change.
