The project comprises a full interior renovation and exterior redevelopment of an existing single family bungalow which was damaged by a severe hail storm. The residence is located on a hillside site overlooking the Lee Creek valley which meanders through the town of Cardston (the birth place of Fay Wray) with grand prairie and foothill views stretching out to the Rocky Mountain range of southern Alberta, Canada.
