In particular, this upper package stream includes all services described in the 'Essential' and 'Standard' streams plus a third
Concept Design experience. The team is complemented with a licensed interior architecture/design professional providing services that includes complete selection of all fixtures, interior finishes and
millwork details) followed by our 'Premium' sub-stream suite of fully complete
Construction Documents. To ensure the project is a success and supported to the end, this stream enlists our comprehensive 'Premium' tender & negotiation, administrative oversight and communication processes during
Construction.
